Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field and two years of professional project management experience.
• Experience communicating with project teams in diverse environments.
• Ability to follow ethical policies and procedures in municipal project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and maintain project schedules and budgets with defined scopes of work.
• Manage contracts and procurements for design and construction services.
• Monitor contractor progress to ensure alignment with schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with utility companies and city agencies to obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present project status reports and risk mitigation plans.
