LHB, a multidisciplinary engineering firm in Minneapolis, seeks a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead planning and design through delivery while building trusted client relationships. You will mentor staff, shape the practice’s growth, and collaborate across disciplines to solve complex transportation challenges.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure, and extensive transportation experience with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure.
• Significant experience in transportation, roadway, municipal, county infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects from planning and design through delivery.
• Serve as a trusted partner to municipal, county, state, and other transportation clients.
• Guide project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Bring together multidisciplinary teams to solve transportation challenges.
• Help ensure work reflects technical excellence at LHB.
