Qualifications

ABET-accredited C.E. degree required.
PE licensure or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure required.
Significant transportation/public works experience.
Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation projects from planning to delivery.
Serve as trusted partner to municipal, county, state clients.
Guide scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Mentor engineers and develop professionals.
Shape growth of the transportation practice at LHB.
