Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in Orlando is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex engineering projects while balancing technical quality with client expectations.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risks, and mentor engineers for growth, while building strong relationships with agencies and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years (6 preferred) managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage project execution including scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resource coordination.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
