Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in VA or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design on alternative delivery transportation projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for innovative solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and review plans and specifications using OpenRoads Designer.
• Participate in proposal development and design-build pursuits.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality control.
