Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months if licensed elsewhere.
• 5-15+ years of transportation/roadway design experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the geometric design of highways, arterials, collectors, and local roadways.
• Prepare detailed PS&E plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Develop horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, and cross sections.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide construction support, including RFIs and field coordination.
