Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineer to lead design calculations and studies for diverse infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers to research, develop, and deliver engineering plans and specifications using current tools and software.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, and support client interactions to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Strong design and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work and manage schedule/budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee accuracy of the team’s technical deliverables and mentor staff.
• Coordinate technical aspects with clients and partners at staff level.
• Work with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
