You will guide project teams, coordinate with clients, and oversee constructability reviews and QA/QC on transportation contracts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 4 years of experience; direct client interaction preferred.
• Registration/certification related to civil engineering desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead on transportation projects and manage workload.
• Develop budgets and schedules with project team.
• Provide constructability and QA/QC reviews of documents.
• Lead bidding, contract docs, and close-out activities as needed.
• Mentor staff and ensure client satisfaction with services.
• Maintain knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Support design staff and clients during contracting processes.
• Coordinate with PMs to monitor progress and timely delivery.
