Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field required.
• 10–15 years of related experience, incl. 5+ years in project management and client interaction.
• 5+ years supervisory/coordination experience; knowledge of regulations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mississippi required.
• Must complete PM qualification/certification within one year.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through closeout with quality, budget, and schedule control.
• Oversee engineering studies, designs, plans, specs, and cost estimates per regs.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring proactive communication and high-quality service.
• Maintain strong client relationships and position the firm as long-term partner.
• Manage project records, finances, invoicing, and closeout using Deltek.
• Conduct site visits and support construction-phase services, review RFIs and submittals.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff; provide performance feedback to Discipline Managers.
• Coordinate resources with Discipline Managers and office leadership for proposals.
