Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Serves as senior technical resource and advisor for assigned projects and team members.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design work within the specific area of expertise.
• Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work by others.
• Mentors junior engineers and technical staff to support professional development and knowledge transfer.
• Ensures compliance with FDOT design criteria, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project delivery.
