gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Transportation team as a Project Manager. You will lead transportation projects from concept through construction, guide internal teams, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful delivery.

This role offers a clear path to partnership within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, with hybrid work options, competitive compensation, and opportunities to influence project direction and business

Competenze

• PE license required, or ability to obtain it in 6 months.
• 5+ years in transportation/civil engineering.
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of roadway design, drainage, traffic, and utilities.
• Experience with DOT/local agency standards, plan development, and project delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead transportation projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage relationships.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across disciplines (traffic, structures, drainage, surveying, planning, environmental).
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
