Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in civil or transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida.
• Experience managing municipal or county transportation projects.
• Knowledge of FDOT standards, the Florida Design Manual, MUTCD, and local criteria.
• Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads, AutoCAD or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and delivery of transportation projects for local/regional government clients.
• Serve as Project Manager for assigned projects with scope, schedule, and budget accountability.
• Prepare PS&E documents per FDOT/local standards.
• Coordinate with public agencies, utilities and permitting authorities.
• Conduct traffic analysis, safety studies, and roadway geometry design.
• Provide guidance and technical review for junior staff.
