You will guide projects from concept through close-out, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while building strong client relationships.
We offer competitive compensation with a base salary range of $144,600 to $250,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Hawaii P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 15+ years civil/transportation engineering experience with 10+ years PM.
- Experience delivering projects for Hawaii transportation agencies.
- Strong client-facing leadership and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through close‑out.
- Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across projects.
- Coordinate with agencies, stakeholders and teaming partners.
- Support client-facing PM assignments and coaching to improve practices.
