Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in traffic operations, travel demand modeling, and multi-modal analysis, plus a PE license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, Urban Planning, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in traffic operations and travel demand modeling, multi-modal analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PE, or similar license.
• Experience with project delivery and client submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical transportation analyses and supervision of work by others.
• Use Synchro, Vissim, and related tools to evaluate performance across modes.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on corridor studies and plans.
• Mentor junior staff and develop technical memoranda with findings.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes; manage medium projects.
• Maintain client relationships and present findings to stakeholders.
