Yerba Madre in Oakland, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Logistics to own end-to-end logistics, including order review, fulfillment, and transportation across domestic and international networks. This hands-on leader will drive performance with a player-coach approach, balancing daily execution with strategic planning.

The role reports to the SVP, Global Supply Chain, leads a team of Logistics Specialists, and operates on a hybrid schedule—3 days on-site in Oakland.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Direct responsibility for carrier and 3PL performance.
• Proven ownership of domestic transportation and international logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end order review, release, and fulfillment.
• Lead transportation across modes (sea, rail, FTL, LTL, parcel).
• Spearhead 3PL and warehouse performance with SLA governance.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year logistics roadmap and cost controls.
• Build and manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure service and cost targets.
