Responsibilities

• Champion hydraulic and drainage design across the project portfolio.
• Develop engineering designs ranging from basic to highly complex.
• Review, approve, and seal completed designs in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site investigations and field reviews to validate designs.
• Support construction execution with field inspections.
• Produce hydraulic reports, drainage studies, and design memoranda.
