Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Transportation/Highway Engineer III to join our team. You will develop contract plans, specifications, and estimates for FDOT projects, focusing on roadway design and traffic operations in a collaborative environment.

You will mentor junior staff, engage in the full design delivery process, and utilize ORD alongside MS Office tools. A BS in Civil Engineering is required, with a PE preferred and 4–6 years of transportation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Approximately 4–6 years of engineering experience in transportation/roadway design.
• Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Develop contract plans, specifications, and estimates for construction.
• Engage in the entire project design delivery process.
• Perform roadway geometric design and write technical reports.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and lower-level designers or CAD staff.
• Coordinate with project team and ensure QA/QC reviews.
