Job summary

Alberici, a leading North American construction company, is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee the on-road fleet and drayage operations. You will coordinate with project teams, dispatch drivers, and ensure compliance with DOT, IFTA, and IRP regulations.

Responsibilities include managing time sheets, maintaining fleet documentation, and monitoring costs and budgets. Travel to company offices and project sites across North America is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing on-road fleet and drayage operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and IFTA regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages Alberici on-road fleet and drayage needs for the corporation.
• Dispatches teamsters and verifies job numbers, pay items and cost codes.
• Administers DOT, IFTA, and IRP compliance and reporting.
• Maintains fleet documentation and conducts budget monitoring.
• Coordinates with Hillsdale Fabricators and project teams to meet transportation needs.
