Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressively responsible project management experience, ideally with prior consulting experience.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with CEQA, NEPA, Section 106 of the NHPA, and/or ESA compliance.
• Experience leading projects for various transportation agencies.
