Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field; PA PE license required.
• 11–15+ years in transportation engineering with 10+ years in PA market.
• PA PE license required.
• Experience with MD, DVRPC, City of Philadelphia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Manager for federal, state, and local clients.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Manage staff and provide technical and professional development.
• Assist with strategy for expansion of transportation services in PA.
• Monitor project financial performance.
• Lead meetings with clients, regulators, and stakeholders on traffic analysis and design.
• Deliver scope for transportation design projects from feasibility to PS&E letting.
• Develop new project opportunities and manage proposals.
