Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Transportation engineering.
- PE license in IL/MO/IA desired; proficient with OpenRoads Designer and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Grow and mentor the local transportation team in central and southern Illinois.
- Lead projects, manage design teams, and ensure quality control and cost estimates.
- Develop client relationships and support business development goals.
- Collaborate across disciplines and present technical solutions.
