Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
• Active Illinois PE license required.
• Experience with IDOT and Illinois municipal transportation projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D and/or MicroStation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead roadway geometric, drainage, utility, and hydraulic design.
• Oversee traffic analysis, signal design, and maintenance of traffic plans.
• Manage IDOT Phase I/II design projects and public involvement activities.
• Review engineering plans for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with municipalities, utility districts, and state agencies.
