Position Overview:

We are seeking to hire a Senior Transportation Engineer with knowledge and experience in traffic engineering and design. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience performing traffic engineering tasks and hold a STEM degree. This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines within transportation engineering, including both design and analysis, from project conception to final design.

Objectives of this Role:

1. Produce transportation design plans, specifications, and estimate packages, including disciplines such as temporary traffic control, traffic signals, utilities, signing, pavement marking, roadways, and lighting networks.
2. Perform traffic engineering studies, analysis, and modeling.
3. Utilize resources, standards, and reference materials to ensure high-quality design deliverables.

Essential Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or related STEM fields
• 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience in transportation/traffic/roadway
• Strong communication skills
• Ability and desire to work professionally in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• P.E. License
• Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Synchro, and/or Vissim
• M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
