Job summary
Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC in New Jersey seeks a Transportation Senior Design Engineer to lead the technical production of Right-of-Way and roadway improvement plans, coordinating with agencies and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Civil/Transportation Engineering, 3+ years in traffic engineering, and an EIT certificate with progression toward PE licensure; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MUTCD standards is required, plus a valid
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years in traffic/transportation engineering.
- EIT certification required; pursuing PE licensure.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical production of transportation plans and reports.
- Coordinate with municipal, county, and state agencies.
- Mentor junior staff and lead sub-consultants.
- Develop cost estimates and design calculations.
- Ensure plans meet MUTCD standards and traffic engineering principles.
- Support other divisions and manage project timelines.
