The position is full-time with hours 8:30 AM - 5 PM, including weekends and on-call coverage as needed. A valid driver''s license and CPR certification are required to provide compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation or a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and compassionate approach.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record per policy.
• Current CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation for residents to medical appointments and off-site activities.
• Develop and maintain transportation schedules considering resident needs and vehicle availability.
• Communicate arrangements to residents, families, and staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation regulations for healthcare facilities.
• Maintain trip logs, mileage, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and address maintenance promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
• Serve as a point of contact for transportation inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident privacy.
• Manage transportation resources, including vehicles and fuel.
• Develop and monitor transportation budgets and identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with facility leadership on transportation improvements.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
