Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) is a long‑standing multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Civil Engineering Project Administrator to lead complex construction inspection programs and ensure conformance with FDOT standards.

The role emphasizes policy development, staff planning, progress tracking, and QA/constructability reviews to support transportation projects across Florida. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Florida.
Ability to obtain Florida endorsement within six months if licensed elsewhere.
Six years of engineering experience, with two in transportation projects.
FDOT Advanced MOT certification.
CTQP Quality Control Manager certification.
Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programs.
Review programs for conformance with FDOT standards.
Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members.
Responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
Oversee inspector adherence to technical standards and provide decisions on technical questions.
Perform QC and constructability reviews.
