Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) seeks an experienced Roadway Project Manager to lead FDOT and local agency transportation projects in Miami. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery with a multidisciplinary team of roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, and CEI professionals.

Responsibilities include budget and schedule control, ensuring scope alignment, and pursuing new opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance across disciplines.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of post-registration engineering experience.
• PE license required.
• Strong project management skills for small to mid-level projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Coordinate with disciplines to ensure project scope is followed and address out-of-scope items with client or discipline.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain KCA project budgets and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications and documentation with the client.
• Support and lead proposal efforts, oral presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop letters of interest, and pursue new markets and clients.
• Ensure client requirements are met and deliverables align with expectations.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and review completed work for quality and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of all discipline deliverables on assigned projects.
• Ensure proper quality control documentation for all disciplines prior to submittals.
• Presence at the designated office or job site is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position

In this role, you'll lead the delivery of FDOT and local agency transportation projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, and CEI professionals.
