Job summary

Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) is a long‑standing multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Civil Engineering Project Administrator to lead complex construction inspection programs and ensure conformance with FDOT standards.

The role emphasizes policy development, staff planning, progress tracking, and QA/constructability reviews to support transportation projects across Florida. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Florida.
• Ability to obtain Florida endorsement within six months if licensed elsewhere.
• Six years of engineering experience, with two in transportation projects.
• FDOT Advanced MOT certification.
• CTQP Quality Control Manager certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programs.
• Review programs for conformance with FDOT standards.
• Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
• Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members.

• Oversee inspector adherence to technical standards and provide decisions on technical questions.
• Perform QC and constructability reviews.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida
• Ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another state
• Six (6) years of engineering experience
• Two (2) of those years involved in relevant transportation projects
• FDOT Advanced MOT
• CTQP Quality Control Manager
• To be achieved by Project NTP, if CEI Project Administrator/ Project Engineer holds qualification at time of proposal
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
