Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Pensacola or Tallahassee teams. You will lead transportation engineering projects from planning through delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and communicating with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget results that meet KCA quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-registration engineering experience.
• Strong project management and multi-discipline coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Coordinate with individual disciplines to ensure project scope is followed and address out-of-scope items.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications and documentation with the client.
• Support and lead proposal efforts, oral presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing letters of interest, and pursuing new markets and clients.
• Ensure client requirements are met and deliverables align with expectations.
• Coordinate work efforts across disciplines and review completed work for quality and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of all discipline deliverables on assigned projects.
• Ensure proper quality control documentation for all disciplines prior to project submittals.
• Presence at the designated office or job site is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.
