Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years of experience in managing transportation construction projects.
• Preferably hold a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) Certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more construction projects/contracts.
• Ensure contractor's compliance with plans and contract documents.
• Recruit and hire construction management and inspection staff.
