Qualifications

• 6+ years of contractor or inspection experience in roadway construction with VDOT preferred.
• Previous experience working on Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is required.
• Skills in the use of field engineering and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform transportation construction inspections on various projects.
• Write daily progress reports and document materials and labor compliance.
• Oversee contractor work crews to ensure compliance with contract documents.

Skills

Contractor or inspection experience in roadway construction
