Qualifications

• 5+ years of transportation construction experience, ideally in Virginia.
• VDOT Level II, III or IV certification strongly preferred.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify work performed in accordance with plans and specs.
• Measure and verify quantities, dimensions and specifications.
• Act as a liaison between VDOT and the prime contractor.
