Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of experience in transportation construction engineering.
- One (1) year of lead responsibility for complex transportation construction engineering projects.
- Experience leading or supervising staff and managing large workloads.
- Experience with contract administrative procedures and related software.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead staff in the Quality Assurance unit for construction projects.
- Coordinate Constructability Reviews, Records Examination and Value Engineering.
- Advise on design changes, inspection procedures and project delivery.
- Develop procedures, standards, and Best Practices for project execution.
- Coordinate with districts, engineers, and officials on site operations and reporting.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for the unit.
