CBRE in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring to lead the Commute and Transportation Program for a large portfolio and oversee daily transportation operations on campus. You will budget, implement process improvements, and manage staff while driving innovative, AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.

You will build strong client relationships, present complex topics, and guide policy development on transportation demand management, parking, and employee outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commute & transportation services.
• Strong knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
• Ability to forecast budgets and conduct financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Promote reduction of single occupancy vehicles and encourage transit, carpool, bike, walk and other options.
• Establish operating policies and procedures for transportation activities.
• Implement and manage transportation benefit programs and annual commute survey reporting.
• Develop commute strategies with site leadership and explore AI-enabled solutions for efficiency.
• Serve as primary client contact for commute staffing and delivery issues; lead a project portfolio.
• Manage staff, set schedules, cross-train, and evaluate performance; mentor team members.
• Participate on the Mountain View Transportation Management Association (TMA) Board.
