Walgreens is seeking a Transportation Strategy Leader to manage and grow the backhaul program, reducing empty miles for our private fleet and dedicated carriers. You will lead new backhaul RFPs, renegotiate CPU allowances, track capacity, and oversee billing and auditing functions.

This role requires collaborating with senior management, implementing innovative processes, and driving on-time performance across lanes while aligning with department strategies and company goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in supply chain or business roles.
• 2+ years driving financial decisions in the workplace.
• 2+ years of leadership or cross-functional team leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for business.

Responsabilidades

• Grow profitable backhaul revenue YoY and minimize empty miles.
• Lead backhaul RFPs and renegotiate CPU allowances.
• Manage capacity reports and billing/auditing workflows.
• Ensure on-time backhaul performance by lane and fleet.
