Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations.
• Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments.
• Maintain an organized appointment and transportation schedule.
• Communicate appointment details with residents, families, nursing staff, and facility leadership as needed.
• Assist residents with safely entering and exiting the transportation vehicle.
• Ensure residents arrive safely and on time for scheduled appointments.
• Maintain the facility transportation vehicle in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Follow all facility transportation policies and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to residents throughout transportation.
• Assist with other appointment coordination and transportation-related duties as assigned.
