Job summary

The Greens at Gastonia is seeking a dependable Resident Transportation Driver for a part-time role in Gastonia, NC. You will transport residents to appointments, assist with boarding, and maintain a safe vehicle environment.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and clean driving record; CNA certification is preferred but not required. Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments.
• Assist residents when entering and exiting the transportation vehicle.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable vehicle environment.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, facility staff, and appointment providers.
• Follow all facility transportation procedures and safety requirements.
• Complete required transportation documentation.
• Perform additional duties within the employee's training and certification level, as assigned.
