Job summary

Schneider National in Green Bay seeks a Senior Account Representative to support the Account Specialist Team within Schneider’s Transportation Management (STM) division. The role focuses on resolving issues, managing customer challenges and building strong internal and external relationships.

You will identify and solve problems for managed accounts, coordinate shipments, handle high-volume emails and participate in business reviews with key accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Able to work on-site at Schneider facility.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, address and solve problems for managed accounts.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for assigned shipments.
• Manage high-volume email communications.
• Help customers classify freight.
• Participate in regular business reviews with key accounts.
• Utilize a variety of reports, dashboards, tools and technology.
