Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice Nurse Practitioner Program.
• 2 years of experience as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in transplant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates medical and surgical management of transplant patients.
• Performs comprehensive history and physical exams.
• Develops and coordinates system for patient flow in transplant care.
