Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Edmond, OK is seeking a Technician B to perform a range of mechanical services, including brakes, rotors, oil changes, transmissions, cooling systems, and tire work. You will explain maintenance needs to customers and promote preventive care.

You will document work, assist with diagnostics, and road-test vehicles as needed while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. A valid driver's license is required and ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine tickets, notes and other correspondence
• Valid Driver's License
• State Emission Certification (if applicable)
• Current ASE certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across brakes, rotors, fluids, oil changes, transmissions, differentials, cooling systems and tires
• Explain maintenance needs to customers and provide preventive maintenance guidance
• Document all work and recommendations; road-test as needed
• Keep shop orderly and safe; assist with tools and equipment organization
• Adhere to safety and company policies; follow supervisor guidance
