Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Proven ability to run your own bay independently.
• Strong diagnostic skills with minimal supervision.
• Own professional-grade tools and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Tackle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and drivability issues.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and OEM resources to resolve vehicle issues.
• Manage repair orders, prioritize workflow, and ensure quality first-time repairs.
• Document recommendations clearly and communicate with service advisors.
