Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II – Transmission & Substation to lead high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

You will work with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver critical utility infrastructure that powers communities safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission and substation construction projects from award through final turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and productivity tracking.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to meet milestones.
• Act as primary client liaison, lead project meetings and provide status reporting.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project closeout documentation.
