Eversource is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy and Economic Analysis to support Transmission in New England. The role focuses on developing energy market simulations, data analysis, and policy research to inform the growth of the electric transmission business and decarbonization efforts.

You will work with engineers and analysts to build market models (PLEXOS-like tools), analyze ISO-NE dynamics, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. Travel and emergency response readiness apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent experience in economics, finance, engineering, or environmental science.
• 5–8 years of related experience in energy market analysis, transmission planning, or power system modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced: lookups, pivot tables, power query) and strong written/oral communication.
