Responsibilities

• Directs and executes the Transmission project scoping process to define electrical and physical scope of transmission capital projects.
• Identify contract plans, manage scoping workshop schedule, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead on-site reviews, workshops, and resolve issues; evaluate cost and schedule impacts for scope changes.
• Oversee development and completion of scoping deliverables to ensure schedule and budget alignment.
• Capture lessons learned and drive performance management.
