RSI EnTech seeks Project Managers for TVA-related work, with hybrid, remote, or TVA site options in the service territory. Preferred locations include Chattanooga and Memphis, TN, and Mayfield, KY, with potential alternative sites within TVA territory.

The role leads Joint Project Teams, manages scope, cost, schedule, and risk, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical preferred).
• PM experience: 5+ years in Transmission/Grid environment.
• Specialized in-depth knowledge of project management techniques.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams.

Responsabilités

• Leads projects from planning to completion and post-project analysis.
• Manages multi-discipline teams and coordinates internal/external resources.
• Develops full-scale project plans with scope, cost, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicates status, issues, and risks to management and stakeholders.
• Assesses risks, defines contingencies, and manages changes in scope.
• Ensures documentation is complete and project records are up to date.
