Job summary

RSI EnTech is seeking a Project Manager in the TVA service territory, with flexibility for hybrid work in the Mayfield, Kentucky area. The role leads project teams, manages scope, cost and schedule, and ensures quality while coordinating with contractors and internal resources.

The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in project management, preferably with transmission/grid experience, and a degree in engineering (electrical preferred).

Qualifications

• Project Management experience (5+ years)
• Transmission/Grid experience preferred
• Ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of project management techniques and cost estimating

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning to completion, including post-project analysis.
• Actively manage multi-discipline teams to meet performance goals and budgets.
• Develop full-scale project plans with scope, costs, goals and deliverables.
• Prepare budget proposals and adjust budgets as requirements change.
• Plan and schedule timelines using formal project management tools.
• Track progress, milestones and deliverables and report status.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal resources as needed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain proper documentation.
• Travel as required to project sites and client offices.
