Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, energy infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, permitting, and operations teams.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, leadership, customers, contractors, and regulators.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect project objectives and ensure safety compliance.
