Job summary

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications, with expertise in transmission systems and capital project methods. On-site work applies; salary range is $150k–$180k per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing utility/transmission or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary team coordination.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with stakeholders, leadership, customers, and regulators.
• Identify and mitigate risks; provide status updates and executive reports.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance; manage contractors and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvements and contribute to program development.
