Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; MS optional.
• Experience with power flow and stability programs is essential.
• Ability to present study results and write technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-range transmission plans in compliance with NERC WECC and TEP requirements.
• Performs engineering analyses of future EHV and HV transmission needs.
• Coordinates with engineering, control, and legal teams to propose feasible solutions.
• Develops and updates transmission planning guidelines and tools.
