Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Sr Ops Support Specialist to develop and deliver training for transmission system operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance with PJM, NERC, and FERC. The role supports initial and continuing education and maintains procedures for day-to-day and emergency operations.

Hybrid in-office work with at least three days in the office per week. The position involves coordinating with external stakeholders, Exelon organizations, and regulatory bodies, and may require

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or related with 4-7 years related experience OR 6-9 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and use of computer systems and business applications.
• Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a trainer in adult training situations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Training content required for new hire and incumbent employees to perform job duties safely and in accordance with COMPANY procedures.
• Design, develop and maintain complex technical training materials using a systematic approach to training.
• Maintain Transmission System Operations procedures, manuals and guides for day-to-day operations.
• Support training drills involving Regional Transmission Organizations.
